1. 本ポリシーについて
THxDAO（以下「当DAO」）は、当DAOが提供するスマートフォンアプリケーション（以下「本アプリ」）における個人情報等の取扱いについて、本プライバシーポリシー（以下「本ポリシー」）を定めます。
2. 収集する情報
- アカウント情報（氏名、メールアドレス等）
- 端末情報（OS、機種、識別子等）、利用履歴（アクセス日時、操作履歴等）
- 位置情報（ユーザーが許可した場合）
- カメラを用いたQRコードの読み取り結果（ユーザーが許可した場合）
3. 利用目的
- 本アプリの提供・運営・改善のため
- QRコード読み取り機能の提供のため
- 現在地表示機能の提供のため
- ユーザーサポートのため
- 不正利用の防止、安全なサービス提供のため
- 利用状況の分析、品質改善のため
- ユーザーの同意に基づく通知・連絡のため
将来のアップデート：ユーザーの同意を得たうえで、位置情報をログとして保存・共有する機能を追加する可能性があります。その際は本ポリシーを改定し、アプリ内または当DAOウェブサイトで通知します。
4. カメラ・位置情報の利用
- カメラ：QRコードを読み取り、本アプリの機能を利用するため
- 位置情報：現在地を地図等に表示するため
ユーザーは、端末の設定により、これらの許可をいつでも変更できます。
5. 第三者提供・外部サービス
当DAOは、次の場合を除き、ユーザーの同意なく個人情報を第三者に提供しません。
- 法令に基づく場合
- ユーザーの同意がある場合
- 外部サービス（例：Firebase、Google Analytics等）の利用が必要な場合（当該提供者のポリシーに従います）
6. 安全管理措置
当DAOは、不正アクセス・紛失・破壊・改ざん・漏えい等を防止するため、適切な技術的・組織的安全管理措置を講じます。
7. 保存期間
利用目的の達成に必要な範囲で情報を保存し、目的達成後は速やかに削除または匿名化します。
8. ユーザーの権利
ユーザーは、ご本人の個人情報の開示、訂正、利用停止、削除等を求めることができます。下記窓口までご連絡ください。
9. ポリシーの変更
当DAOは、必要に応じて本ポリシーを改定します。改定後は、本アプリまたは当DAOウェブサイトに掲載した時点で効力を生じます。

1. About This Policy
THxDAO (“we”, “us”, or “our”) sets forth this Privacy Policy (“Policy”) regarding the handling of personal information in our mobile application (“App”).
2. Information We Collect
- Account information (e.g., name, email address)
- Device information (OS, model, identifiers) and usage logs (timestamps, in-app actions)
- Location information (when permitted by the user)
- QR code scan results captured via the camera (when permitted by the user)
3. Purposes of Use
- To provide, operate, and improve the App
- To enable the QR code scanning feature
- To enable the current location display feature
- To provide user support
- To prevent fraudulent or abusive use and ensure secure service
- To analyze usage and improve quality
- To send notices and communications based on user consent
Future updates: We may add features to store and/or share location logs with the user’s consent. In such case, we will update this Policy and provide notice in the App and/or on our website.
4. Use of Camera and Location
- Camera: to scan QR codes for using features in the App
- Location: to display the user’s current location on maps or similar views
Users can change these permissions at any time via their device settings.
5. Sharing & Third-Party Services
We do not provide personal information to third parties without user consent, except in the following cases:
- When required by law
- When we have the user’s consent
- When using third-party services (e.g., Firebase, Google Analytics), subject to each provider’s privacy policy
6. Security Measures
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, destruction, alteration, or disclosure.
7. Retention
We retain information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described above and will delete or anonymize it thereafter.

You may request access, correction, restriction, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at the address below.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy as needed. The updated Policy becomes effective when posted in the App and/or on our website.
